Rust-Oleum Glow In The Dark Spray Paint is a custom, luminous paint that provides a green glow effect on interior and exterior surfaces. Fast drying, functional spray paint is charged by natural or artificial light with a glow effect that lasts up to 4-8 hours after being activated. Apply over a white primer or light colored surface and reapply as necessary for outdoor use.
