How to Use

For standard sized laundry loads, one capful (one ounce) is all you need.For larger loads or loads with built up odor, we recommend using two capfuls (two ounces).Add the laundry detergent as you normally would. There is no need for fabric softener or dryer sheets.Sweat X Sport Max Odor Defense Laundry Detergent can also be used as a soak solution for pads, shoes, and other gear with tough lingering odors.To soak, fill a bathtub or sink with enough water to cover the gear, using the hottest water that you can. Add 4 caps (1/2 cup) detergent for a sink or 8 caps (1 cup) detergent for a bathtub.Agitate the gear so the detergent is well distributed and let soak for a few hours or overnight.Rinse the gear until the water runs clear, and then hang to air dry.
