4-QT. COMPACT CAPACITY: Model HF-509DT fits up to 16 oz. of fries; ideal for 1–3 servings. For best results, cook in smaller batches and do not fill above the MAX line to ensure proper basket fit and even cooking.
CUSTOM TIME & TEMP CONTROL: Adjustable 180°–400°F and 0–60 min. with LED display and presets (Default, French Fry, Fish, Chicken, Steak). Press Power, set time/temp, press again to start. Add 3 minutes from cold start.
LITTLE TO NO OIL REQUIRED: 1200W rapid hot air technology crisps food using little to no oil—do not add oil or frying fat to the basket. Preheat 3 minutes and use the Fry Tray for optimal airflow and crisping.
SAFE & SIMPLE OPERATION: Basket clicks securely into place and should be handled by the cool-touch handle only. Do not cook or reheat liquids. If unit stops during cooking, allow to cool, then restart.
EASY CLEANING & CARE: Fry Tray is dishwasher safe; Basket should be handwashed with mild detergent and a nonabrasive sponge. Avoid overcrowding, shake smaller foods midway, and clean after each use to help reduce smoke.
